Taxation of Business Tangible Property

This course takes a comprehensive look at all phases and types of business tangible property. Students will receive an in depth explanation of the scope of business tangible property as well as definitions of the types of business tangible property. Included is an analysis of court cases and attorney general opinions that guide the discovery, assessment and appeal of business property assessments.

The course format is virtual and is a three (3) day offering with an online exam. Here is the class schedule:

• Day 1: Instruction begins at 9:00 am and goes until noon.
• Day 2: Instruction begins at 9:00 am and goes until noon.
• Day 3: Instruction begins at 9:00 am and goes until noon. Exam will be available online after the review is complete.
